Spray silicone will help but you will have to do it every trip. Pulling the attachment bolts and greasing the plastic bushings with silicone grease (dielectric grease is the same thing) is the best thing to do. If the trailer is a few years old you may want to replace those bushings, they usually wear out on one side.
