That one is a 96. Prior to 97 the hulls were different. All bilge and livewell functions happend through the side of the hull. This caused stress cracks and sometimes even rotting of the glass from the inside. Prior to 97 they came standard with a single axle trailer. Not sure about steering. I think hydraulic steering came into play in 97 as well. 690s are single console, 90 inches wide, 19'. 692s are dual console, 92 inches wide 19'.
