Do you mean thru-hull where you cut a hole into the bottom of the boat, or shoot through hull where the transducer is epoxied to the fiberglass (or aluminum w/ the alumaducer) and shoots through the material? I have the skimmer from my lowrance LMS-334c shooting through the glass in my boat and it works great. I have no issues finding fish and best of all it will not break off and I can run at any speed.
