In my 620, I could fit a 8'3" no problem in the top row. The bottom row is rated to 7'6", but there are places that hold 8'. Steve Heiting pointed out that you can cut the ends off of the rod tubes and fit in a longer stick. It looks like you could probably go t 9' or so in a couple of the spots without the rod tip hitting anything in the bow.
