I have a diesel now and am considering going with a Chevy or GMC 6.0 liter gas engine. My boat motor and trailer is about 4,500lbs. Anybody out there with a 6.0 liter Chevy/GMC, have you noticed a huge drop in gas mileage pulling comparable weight? If so how much? Any transmission problems?
