I guess I don't know for sure how Triton or Lund makes their tramsoms. I do know this for sure. I have a 205 Triton that has around 50,000 actual GPS miles on it on the LOTWs with a 225 Opti on it with an 8" jackplate, and haven't have any problems. Seems to me that however they make them works!
