Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs		I really won't speak to the specifics of wiring/charging/etc. but I will say this: if you can afford to go w/the 24v system, and it wont crowd your boat DO IT! Overkill is a great thing when the wind goes bad, or you forget to charge your batteries, or you just want to get a few more hours of casting in.
