Location: New Jersey		On a 4 stroke, after you take the plugs out and spray fogging oil into the cylander head, they tell you to manually move the flywheel so that the oil gets evenly distributed. Cant you just take off the fuel line and quickly hit the key a few times?? isnt that the same thing?? I am not an expert on engines, so i dont know.
