These two alone will get you quite a bit of extra power, and with a short time of "wrenching" you would have bolted on probably close to the 25hp you are looking for...

High perf. spacer plate $375 (gain of 8 - 12 hp)
With these non-invasive bolt-o additions, you could be well over the 225 mark and no need for an ECU the two first ones get you close and you are under a grand...
