I'll take a shot in the dark here...

If you go to Boat-US in bloomington off of Lyndale avenue and 86th street, they have snap kits, bulk snaps and such to at least do the snap cover.

Depending on how heavy of fabric, and the type of fabric you are looking to get might be a bit of a headache. I would maybe place a call to a couple of custom shops to see if they sell bulk material. Heck..you may even want to call a fabric store even. Minnesota fabric, Joanne Fabric, etc. You might even want to take a walk through Menards to see if they have canvas tarps that you could cut and sew to what you need.

Wouldn't think it would get too expensive, but maybe a little time consuming.
