Wait for a while.
With the economy doing what it is, I'm pretty certain that there will be lots of boats to choose from late this fall all the way through winter and early spring.
If you have 15K, it will be a buyers market, and you could probably get 20K worth of boat/motor/extras for your money. When people need money, the first thing to go are the toys....the expensive ones.
