Sounds to me like they are trying like mad to fix the problem. Myself being in the service business, it's all about the effort put forth. Some problems are just plain hard to fix. period. Unfortunately it sounds like you have a hard one. The fact that it's at Heckel's and not in your garage tells me they are still working on the problem and not unwilling to fix it.
