Subject: Ideal Musky Boat

I spent my Saturday morning this weekend in your boat up at Heckels, looking over the pressure tested tank, fittings, and motor. The fuel system has been tested three times now, and never had ANY pressure reduction even over a 48 hour period.

The management at Tuffy is very concerned with your problem, and is MORE than willing to fix it if it was something we could identify. There is absolutely no fuel residue in your hull anywhere, nor is there a leak. I found a very small amount of volatility by the vent fitting on the tank, called the General Manager on Saturday AM at his home and had him set up an overnight shipment to Heckel's of a new fuel tank assembly, which includes that fitting. Heckel's asures me they will have that installed and tested as they repair your motor.

I have worked for Tuffy for nearly 21 years, and can tell you no one is more concerned with customer service and product quality. If the quality of your 1760 was not correct at shipment, they will address and correct any problems. If you need assistance with the process, please feel free to call me at (715) 362-1760!
