My outboard is a Evinrude if that matters. I found the entire trim assembly minus the electric motor for $300...used. The electric motor I found new w/warranty on Ebay for $65. The relays is a good place to start, I paid $30 for the pair. Now I have a spare set. Most auto parts stores can cross reference them.
