How hard were you running your motor in the 5 minutes? Did the gas have ANY oil in it - like from before you added the non mixed gas? If you weren't running hard, everything is probably totally fine. I think when I had my 2 stroke Evinrude, you were supposed to be able to run the motor at 1500 RPM or something like that if the "no oil" alarm was going off. Gas has 'some' lubricating properties in itself without additional oil.

You may be able to tell is gas is mixed by looking at it. I know I can usually tell with my 24:1 mixed gas. Not sure if it would be as easy to see the difference in color with the more common outboard mix of 50:1. Also seems to depend on the color of oil you are using.

My guess, if only ran 5 minutes, and you did not see any bad effects right away, is that you'll be fine.
