Location: New Brighton, MN | I know, this thought makes me cringe, but the other day I accidentally ran my boat without oil for about 5 minutes... Not sure if I did any damage, but now i'm super paranoid. Checking and double checking if i'm running mixed gas. There's a tank in the garage that i'm not sure if I mixed, and i'm afraid to use it. I'm loosing my mind.
- do you think I did any damage in the 5 minutes of no oil?
- how long do you think it would take to harm the engine with unmixed gas?
- can you tell by looking at gas if it's mixed?
