Location: minocqua, wi.		the housing/mortgage crisis was the snowball on top of the mountain ... it's now rolling downhill and the first treeline it's hit has been the discretionary income budget which funds things like boats and rv's ... the snowball has momentum and will continue to hit industries at full force. now ... the scooter, motorcycle and small car tree-line is on an altogether different mountain.

old-repowered boats are on the increase ... business opportunity? ... maybe
