Location: Athens, Ohio		Get a 'second opinion' by using a hydrometer. Squeeze bulb thing at the auto parts store (like a mini- antifreeze tester) will give you an accurate report of the charge in each cell. They are cheap (cheaper than getting a new battery or charger!). See what that tells you. m
