I've used Deka brand batteries both in marine applications as well as in my car in the past. I have not had a problem with this brand when I did use them. They did last me a good long time. The only problem I had when they eventually did go bad (years of use and age), I couldn't replace them locally. I did look to replace them with another Deka...but at the time...no one locally carried that brand nearby so I had to move on to another brand.
