Location: North/Central WI		I recently traded my outboard for a used 2004 Merc 60hp 4-stroke tiller. The outboard starts and runs excellent, but I did notice something that I would like an explanation for. When I turn my key, there's a tone and I can hear the EFI going, When I turn my key the rest of the way to start the engine, there is occasionally another tone. I couldn't find a reason for this occasional second tone in the owner's manual. Any ideas?
