Location: Stevens Point, WI		I would imagine you have a starting battery for a main engine? If so, instead of hooking your depth finder and lights to your trolling motor batteries, I'd suggest going to you starting battery. You want your trolling motor batteries running only the trolling motor. The cranking battery is a better choice for running a depth finder and lights.
