Location: LOTW every chance I get		I had the same issue after I installed mine. Embarrassed to say that I inadvertently put a screw thru the cable from the puck to the head unit when I replaced a cover. Amazingly, it started working as soon as I pulled out the screw and hasn't been a problem since. Bottom line, check your cable.
