Talked to my bro in law. He said the outlet was a proper one and after I went out to look, it was there that I saw the reset buttons in between the outlets. Never knew they were there. Then I went and took the charger off the plate, placed it on a piece of wood, plugged it back in, and no shock. Then mounted charger back in the original spot, on the plate, plugged back in, and NO shock. Had my bro in law on the phone as I was doing this. What if I was standing in a little water from the bunks dripping or the shoes had moisture on them?? The plug from the charger was hanging off the back of the boat, but it was not touching the ground or any water. I read the posts from last September. Ours is an old house, with 2 prongs installed. Bro in law said what I felt must have been low cause it did not trip the switch. Really stange.....
