This extension cord is plugged into an ouside outlet on the 'older house' that my bro in law installed. It is a 3 prong outlet, as is the brand new Cabelas charger, and is the extension cord. He is pretty up on the electrical part. This is the same cord I have used for the past two seasons with the portable charger. He was not at home in St Louis, but I will try later. This cord is just a standard cord. I remeber reading about getting a better cord to run the ProSport II. I wont have the boat out for at least a week now due to weather and work. What type of cord should I be looking for? What guage???
