If you have access to underneath the surface where you are going to mount them, I would go with the rail that Tuffy Boats uses. They bolt on from under, instead of screws from the top like those you posted about. Much stronger, and secure method.

Give Tuffy a call at 800-359-4416 and ask for Steve. I'm sure they will give you the place to get them.
