I think the coast guard label on the '03s only allowed for 125 hp. You might have hard time finding a dealer that will put a 150 on it even though the newer ones allow for it. Insurance might be hard to come by as well. I looked into getting one of these in 2003 and 150hp was not an option. The biggest motor available to me was a 125hp merc 2-stroke.
