Speed with a 115 is around 37-39 by myself and around 32-35 with 2 other people. You can add the power steering and a 150 to that boat no problem. Personally, I think the 115 is just a tad under powered for the boat, but it still planes out easily and gets me to where I want to be. I was going to upgrade to the 150,but the whole reason I bought this boat was to conserve on gas. I used to have a Triton TR-20 with a 200 V-Max and I dont really miss the power over the gas mileage I get with the 115.

Something else to consider is the extra weight it will add to the back of the boat. 2003 620T were rated for a 125. Dont know if that will be an issue, but I think that my 620T sits too high in the front with the 115 and a T8 kicker as it is..
