I bought the 2001 dully off of a guy in 2003 with 38,000 miles on it and it already had the 2 1/4" banks exhaust and chip on it .... but I think it cost him around $ 1,600.- $1,800. for the entire package and came with exhaust temp, tranny temp and turbo presure gages... It's a nice set up, and works for me.
I have talked to some guys that say the chip will run you $500.- $700. depending on what HP you want to increase to.
Also living in Mn. four wheel drive is a must.
