What year 620 were you in on your BIG trip out of Oconto? Do you know the differences between the hull and boat design of a 2005 vs. 2006 620? Do you know the difference between a 2' wave and 3’ footer, I wonder? Have you tried holding your boat on a spot while casting into the wind? Or are you a walleye guy that trolls in only one direction - With The Waves Only? Before you go and bash a "GUEST" you might take into consideration how one fishes and make sure you have your facts in place before you pass judgment on a guest. Not all guests B.S. when the info is factual.

I am chuckling as I type this...

I didn't say it was a BIG trip, I was just recalling an experience in an '06 620 where the waves were larger...A buddy had one that I fished out of about a 1/2 dozen times.

Yes, I know the difference between the hull designs. I also have friends with older model 620's.

In my experience, folks tend to exaggerate wave height. I think that I try to be more conservative.

Yes, I have casted in wind and waves and trolled with waves and against them...but I rarely troll against them.

I have fished with Shep in the past and will fish with Shep in the Future..he and I disagree on a variety of subjects. Politics, economics, truck brands, car makes and models..etc. etc....I think it makes for a fun day of fishing.

With all that said, it looks like I am outnumbered regarding waves coming over the front...so...The End for me on this thread.
