How are you guys figuring out how many hours are on the motor? Where to look?


Majority of fishing boats do not have a hour meter on it. So you can't do this yourself. Unless your a certified mechanic and have the equipment, then you can. Each of these motor companies have there own software they can hook up to it. That way there able to diagnose what might be the problem. That's how you can find out hours,highest rpm it's reached and a whole lot of other things.
