100 hrs on a boat is nothing. The hr meter is running when the boat is idling, trolling and at high end. If it is a newer motor then you can hook up a laptop with the right software and it will tell you where in the RPM zone the hours all came from. But 100 hrs is about 1 season for an average angler. Some Pros put on over 300.
