I will try to get ahold of a Merc rep. The rope i had in the boat has too much stretch and wouldnt release from the mount. I need a good stiff rope and i am having trouble finding one.
And yes, i almost went flying out of the boat when it snapped. Unfortunately it snapped in the middle so it really isnt reusable.
