The new 06 620, and 07 619 is a better ride than the earlier models. But, they both will take water over the bow when you are sitting in 1 1/2 footers. If you are casting from the front deck in waves bigger than that, you will need waterproof footware.

I don't know if they moved the fuel tank on the 619, but the 620's were moved rearward starting in 2000, I believe.
