Location: Highland, IN		i've noticed the same thing on 115hp Merc , what it is, is there is a vent hole in the top of the oil resevoir tank and if filling up too high and tilting the motor up for the transom saver makes the oil lean towards the vent and also it sloshing around in the tank when traveling.
