Fogging is easy....I just did my 75 today.
You need a hose/skeg clamp to power feed water into the motor and a can of fogger. I have a Mariner, so I use Mercury products.
I took out all 3 spark plugs....one at a time so I don't screw up the firing order....and spray 2-3 ounces into each plug hole and then put the plug back in.
Then I had to take off a plate that shields the front of the carbs and spray more in each carb and then start the motor and watch it smoke like crazy until it chokes out. Then I try to restart it for about 5 seconds and let it smoke some more.......if it won't run and smokes a lot, shut off the water and you are done. Make sure all of the water drains from the lower unit and put her into hibernation. Don't forget to pour a bottle of Dry-Fuel into the gas tank too.
