Location: north central wisconsin | No issues to speak of after the first year. I think the pedal would be simpler and better if only the back right left and on buttoms were there, and the waste of space foot pad was gone. What I am getting at is, making a couple different types of pedals would really be great for a variety of folks. I would only need a 6" by 6" pedal, not the cumbersome one I only use 10% of. That said, I do like the motor quite a bit.
