Location: Cohasset, MN		I don't know if a 1990 Johnson 150 is analogous but I had the same problem 2 years ago. I bought an aftermarket service manual and after going through their troubleshooting suggestions I found it was my trim pump motor not spinning in one direction (the relays reverse the polarity depending on what direction you're trimming the motor).
