If you are using it often enough, and it is stored cold, I don't think you would have too much of an issue with water condensation. But...if anything, run Stabil....that will at least make sure that when you are done for the year, your carbs should be safe from gumming up.

Not sure if I would run any isopropyl/ de-icer through the system....might be a bit hard on the fuel lines especially if it is an older motor that would not stand up to the alcohol. I would think most of the newer outboards would be safe with the newer designed fuel lines out there...

Sea foam might do the same thing, along with helping to keep your motor decarbonized...
