I just purchased a 1986 Tournament TX BassTracker with a 60 hp Mariner outboard. I removed the drain tube and blew air through it to check for any blockages which turned up nothing.  So here is my question to all, what do you feel the problem is?  Waterpump?  Thermostat? Impeller?  All of the above?  Can I fix this myself with the parts and manual or do I rely solely on the 2-3 dealers in Rockford?  Is there anyone close that does work on outboards?
