What is happening? Have you had it to a dealer to get it looked at? 20 HP 4 stroke? Two Stroke?

If you are going to use the new motor as a kicker for a new boat next year, I would suggest a Merc ProKicker. 9.9 HP, power trim, electric start runs smooth and quiet.
