I prefer the bigger Tuffys myself, but I fish out of 2 different 1760s on a fairly regular basis. They are absolutly great handling boats. I'm in Superior, WI and have over 22 miles of river and at the end, Lake Superior. We also fish a lot of small lakes in the Hayward area. This boat handles all the water we put it on. It will float in about 15" or take good 4 fters out on the big pond. It's a solid, smooth and dry ride.
38 to 41 mph with a 115 4stroke and near 60 with a Yammi 150 EFI. Jig , drift or troll, the boat tracks straight and controls in any current or wind conditions.
Anything else?
