Location: syracuse indiana		hey lusux i have a 104 lb motorguide and it does the same and i have actually tighted uop the pinion gear as tight as it would go and the pedal has tension but as soon as i kick it on it does the same thing as yours. i guess thats the way they are but if you findsomething out about it please let me know....bill
