Depending on the width, how high up the casting deck is built, etc., it may be kind of tippy. My old boat was very tippy. everyone had to stand on the centerline of the boat to keep us from falling out.

However, a boat is a boat, and a boat is freedom (and sometimes slavery). If that is what you can afford, it is in great shape, will bring joy to you and yours, and you will get your money's worth out of it, follow your heart.
