Location: Stevens Point, WI		I have a 65# 24 Volt Minnkota Powerdrive on my 17ft Tuffy Deep V and it easily handles the big water. With my deeper hull I also have the 60" shaft so the prop won't come out of the water. Better to go big than too small IMHO.
