Of course the Tyee is significantly deeper in the bow (48" vs. 40") and amidships (45" vs. 35.5"). Does the amount of boat above the waterline condemn the Tyee in terms of boat handling?

Hi guys, I need some opinions. I am looking at either a new 1800 IFS Pro V, or an 1850 Tyee. Both would have an 150 Verado, and the price is virtually identical--the Tyee is actually about $300 less...
