Most important thing would be to make sure your tires are inflated to the correct pressure before each trip. I had 2 Carlisle blow outs, one on a tire less than a year old, and the other about a year later. Both were catastrophic blowouts and damaged my trailer both times. When I researched this issue, I found Carlisle admitted to some manufacturing problems in response to a class action law suit. I know these tires appeared on lots of Tennesee trailers which came with Crestliner boats.
