I welded a 58" out of aluminum and it works great. Then added a pump system (the bigger the better it takes a long time to fill up). Also remember about the water slushing around. Seal it to the top on the deck so water can not spill between the floor and the tank. I used a hatch from cabels, they have a 40" hatch that will fir on the top of the deck. Also remeber if it is going in the middle of the boat to put 2 overflows one on each side. Also, remeber to weld in an additional drain pug to drain it into the bottom of the boat.

I found some old aluminum sheet panels in a metal dumpester and bent to sides and the rest was welded. Talk to some sheet metal guys.
