Exactly, WI-Mud Duck guy. Not just pull up, but also back on the release handle. A quick, short jerk up and back, while pushing the head of the TM forward does the trick for me. Funny, the 54" versions seem to be easier than the 60".Again, for those that have a hard time, the new V2 release works to help push the motor off the pads, and I believe this can be retrofitted on the previous PowerDrives.

The New Terrova has the fall away ramps. I can't wait to get mine.
