I've got a "happy troller" on my 75hp.
It slows the boat down to a crawl, not even neccesary on my boat. I'm considering removing it, mostly cuz I wonder how much it rattles around when i'm trolling and it's up.
while its up, it acts as a stabilizer... i think .
