Todd- Minnkota has the 40 ATH (All-Terrain). Hand controlled with a 48 inch shaft. The motor easily comes off the scissors bracket. However I do not believe Minnkota made an easily removable plate for the All Terrain. I mounted it on a larger homemade bow plate, and I moved the front light just about 3 inches off bow center. May be for sale if I buy a Powerdrive I am thinking about. Hope this helps.
